Then the inner space of the container is continuously evacuated or maintained under vacuum, and simultaneously helium gas is continuously supplied to the inner space of the container. The evacuation and / or supply of helium gas is carried out under the condition that the helium content in the inner space of the container is 50-95 vol.%, in particular 55-90 vol.%.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to dry containers with high efficiency and is suitable for containers with high heat output.
