FIELD: radio engineering, communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex range radiotechnical systems (RRTS) of short-range navigation (SRN). RRTS of SRN of aircrafts (AC) comprises a requester and a responder. The requester comprises a generator of request pulses, a transmitter of the requester with a transmitting antenna of the requester at the outlet and a receiver of the requester with a receiving antenna of the requester at the inlet. The outlet of the requester receiver is connected to the first inlet of a metre of time intervals, the second inlet of which is connected with the first outlet of the generator of request pulses, the second outlet of which is connected with the inlet of the transmitter. The outlet of the metre of time intervals is connected to inlets of a range recorder and a board digital computing machine (BDCM) of navigation instrumentation (NI). The responder comprises a receiver of the responder with a receiving antenna of the responder at the inlet, a generator of a response and a transmitter of the responder with a transmitting antenna of the responder at the outlet, the outlet of the responder receiver is connected to the inlet of the response generator. Additionally the requester comprises a satellite reception metre of the requester with the antenna at the first inlet, a decoder of coordinate information of the responder and a device of coordinate information processing, and the responder comprises a satellite reception metre of the responder with the antenna at the inlet, a coder of coordinate information of the responder and a switching device. The outlet of the requester receiver is simultaneously connected to the inlet of the decoder of coordinate information of the responder, the first outlet of which is connected to the second inlet of the satellite reception metre of the requester, the second outlet of the specified decoder is connected to the inlet of data on coordinates of the responder in the NI BDCM and to the first inlet of the coordinate information processing device, the second inlet of which is connected to the outlet of the satellite reception metre of the requester, at the same time the outlet of the specified processing device is connected to the inlet of data on relative coordinates of an AC in the NI BDCM. In the responder the outlet of the response generator is connected with the first inlet of the switching device, the second and third inlets of which are connected, accordingly, with the first and second outlets of the coder of responder coordinate information, and the inlet of the responder is connected to the outlet of the satellite reception metre of the responder, and the outlet of the switching device is connected with the inlet of the responder transmitter. Versions of RRTS that implement increase of flight safety through provision of air environment observance at the requester and the responder are proposed.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of AC location detection.
