FIELD: radiolocation, active systems of interrogator-transponder to control traffic of surface vessels and aircraft under complex meteorological conditions. SUBSTANCE: method carries out radar scan with usage of active system of interrogator-transponder with transmission of part of navigation and flying information over this channel. Transponder receives interrogation signal with the help of antennas spaced along length of ship, response signal is emitted through first and second antennas with delays A and A+B correspondingly. For this purpose transponder has transmitter, receiver, antenna, circulator, decoder, processing unit, encoder, commutator, second circulator, second antenna, second receiver, second decoder which are connected in compliance with description of invention.
