SUBSTANCE: transmitter of an internal plant may vary signal format. The process performed by a device of location information provision includes a stage (S610) of location detection signal reception and a stage (S612) for identification of a source of signal emission, besides, if the source of radiation is an external source, the process further includes a stage (S622) of navigation message reception, which is included into the location detection signal, and a stage (S624) for performance of processing for location detection on the basis of a signal, or, if a source of radiation is an internal source, the process further contains a stage (S632) of message data reception from a signal of location detection, a stage (S634) of coordinate values reception from data and a stage (S650) of location information display on the basis of coordinate values.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility to ensure information on location without deterioration of accuracy even in locations, where it is impossible to receive radio waves from a satellite, and on the basis of a signal not requiring synchronisation of clock time with satellite clock time.
