FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a container with a cover having a hole in the centre, installed onto a trolley, and equipped with a mixing device inside of it. The mixing device is arranged on the movable axis with a transition cylinder fixed on it on top. In the upper part of the cylinder there are lower splints fixed, which stretch as the plant is installed via slots of a lock ring that moves around the longitudinal vertical axis. The lock ring is arranged in the cover hole and is made in the form of a sleeve bottom rested with its flap against the hole ledge. The device for supply of sealing medium components into the container is made with a nozzle arranged inside a hollow shaft of an electric drive equipped by upper splints that are engaged with the lower splints.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase radioactive safety of its maintenance, to reduce cost, to simplify and accelerate technology of liquid radioactive wastes cementing.
