SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the handling of solid, bulk radioactive waste, in particular radioactive spent ion-exchange resins (RSIER) after dehydration. Technical device for dispersing and compounding radioactive spent radioactive ion-exchange resins contains a base, strain gages, load capacity, cover, feed tubes, electric anchor agitator, anchor agitator, screw feeder, electric drive screw auger, dispersant, electric drive disperser, pipeline circuit recirculation and delivery with solenoid valves, pipeline loading circuits with solenoid valves, pipeline drain circuit with solenoid valve, gamma radiation detector, control and monitoring rack. Device has a rotor-stator dispersant for grinding the processed material in a polymer matrix, mixing the components, dispensing the resulting compound, anchor-type mixer for mixing components and ensuring the removal of possible deposits from the vessel walls, a gamma-ray detector for monitoring the radiation stop during the operation of the technical device.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the degree of filling of the matrix material in the IOS.
