SUBSTANCE: power conversion controller (40) comprises: a unit (50) of correction value calculation, which calculates the value DE2 of correction for making a correction to the voltage value BEFC by the voltage signal BEFC, which is produced by conversion of the voltage value BEFC detected by the first detector (23) of voltage, into a digital signal by an analogue-to-digital converter (45), and by the voltage value EBAT of full sequence, detected by the second detector of voltage (32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, …, 32n); a unit (60) for calculation of the corrected voltage, which calculates the voltage signal BEFC1 as the corrected voltage value, which is produced by making a correction into the voltage value BEFC by the correction value DE2; and a strobing controller 44, which controls a unit (105, 110, 120) of power conversion on the basis of the voltage signal BEFC1.
EFFECT: reduced time of electric capacity accumulator charging.
