FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacture of polymer material footwear that involves the sleeve base knitting and the ready product formation; the method envisages inclusion of metal components in the top composition; the sleeve base is manufactured of a combination of double-dyed polyether and metallised strands; the sleeve base knitting is performed on sock-knitting machine tools with the textile interstrand cells sparsity excluded; the ready-knit sleeve base is put on the last of the compression mould of the hydromechanical multipositional turnaround (rotor) machine, tightly pulled and fixed on hooks at the last (lock) foundation; by the turnaround machine turning the compression mould is delivered into the injection section where the compression mould is slammed up by the hydraulic horizontal and vertical presses; a transparent polymer material is injected into the compression mould via a worm-and-piston (auger) device; by further turning the compression mould is delivered into the opening zone for removal from the last, cooling and the bootleg upper edge clipping.
EFFECT: ensuring footwear strength.
