SUBSTANCE: claimed method relates to the field of preparing beverages by means of devices for beverage preparation where capsules are used. The method of preparing strong coffee extract from a capsule containing coffee powder comprises the steps when the presence of the capsule is provided, which comprises from 7 to 8 grams of ground coffee powder; into the capsule the liquid is injected, which interacts with the coffee powder; the capsule is centrifuged in the device for beverage preparation for displacement of the liquid coffee extract from the capsule due to centrifugal force and the said coffee extract is collected. At that extraction of coffee liquid extract is carried out by rotating the capsule at a rate in the range from 3000 to 4500 rev/min.
EFFECT: provided configuration parameters and characteristics of the device for beverage preparation enable to achieve high organoleptic properties of the final beverage.
