FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive tools including fused perfected-shape-grain of zirconium oxide/aluminium oxide. Coated abrasive tool comprises substrate and fused perfected-shape-grains of zirconium oxide/aluminium oxide secured by binder to said substrate. Said fused perfected-shape-grains of zirconium oxide/aluminium oxide contain the following components in wt %: 35-45.5 of ZrO2+HfO2, 43.7-65 of Al2O3, less than 0.8 of SiO2 at less than 10 of other oxides. Besides, said fused perfected-shape-grains of zirconium oxide/aluminium oxide meet the requirements to granulometric and densimetric composition.
EFFECT: longer life.
