FIELD: abrasive treatment apparatuses, possibly grinding of rolling rolls.
SUBSTANCE: grinding wheels resistant against vibration and having up to 54 vol. % of porosity, maximum density after curing 2.0 g/cm3, comparatively high values of breaking speed and relatively small values of elasticity modulus are used for grinding rolling rolls while providing mutual motion of grinding wheel and rolling roll.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of grinding, improved roughness degree of ground surface.
