Proposed system composite transport facility including, at least, one head car and, at least, one trailer, comprises system control equipment, high-rate communication system, high-rate communication system equipment, high-rate communication system control equipment, low-rate communication system and low-rate communication system equipment. Besides, proposed system comprises voice warning and communication equipment, voice warning playback equipment, control processor communication line, cabin-to-cabin and car-to-cabin communication lines, loud-speaking warning line, passenger-to-engineman intercom, controlled power supply, and alarm push-button.
