SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amplifying-receiving-switching devices and local wire communication and loudspeaker information systems incorporated with motor car rolling stock. Amplifying-receiving-switching device comprises pulsed constant voltage converter (2) with its input connected with DC power source (3), safety cut-off device (4), power amplifier (5), resistor (6), high-frequency filter (7), voltage amplifier (8) connected with operator cab loudspeaker (9), three controlled keys (10, 11, 12), keying unit (13), dramatic control unit (14), element OR (15), element AND (16) and element NO (17). Electric train communication and loudspeaker information system comprises amplifying-receiving-switching device (1) and amplifying-receiving-switching device (26) arranged in opposite ends of electric train and interconnected via information line (18) incorporating loud speakers (19) and communication line (20) with passenger intercom devices (21).

EFFECT: expanded performances, data exchange in "cab-to-cab", "cab-car" and "car-cab" lines.
