FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: section of communication line is formed at least in one van, input and output being located on opposite sides with regard to van coupling. Output of van communication line is connected to input of communication line section installed in same van and output of communication line section is connected to input of communication line of second van located opposite communication line section. Device contains two commutators installed in adjacent vans, stub installed at least in one van, output of first commutator is connected to input of stub installed in same van and output of stub is connected to input of second commutator installed opposite stub output in second van, stub input and output being located on opposite sides with regard to van coupling.

EFFECT: simplification of design of communication line between vans.
