FIELD: packaging.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary equipment in public services, in particular, to devices for collection of household wastes. The container comprises a housing for placement and retrieval of waste bin, equipped with a door and a lid with a hole for loading wastes with the mobile sector valve connected to the mechanism of its movement. The mechanism of movement of the valve is made in the form of two steel cables twisted together and attached with upper and lower ends, respectively, to the bracket mounted over the lid and to the convex upper surface of an elastic plate fixedly attached on the ground in front of the container with the fixing screws placed in the guiding grooves of the plate and providing the ability of free straightening of the latter under the weight of the person. And the connection of the valve with the mechanism of its movement is made by use of the threaded pin attached to the valve in its plane and inserted tightly between the twisted cables and fixed with the screws screwed on the pin, and the cables are covered from outside with the grooved casing pressed against the container.

EFFECT: invention provides increased automation of wastes collection.
