FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: cyclone chamber for afterburning of smoke gases comprises a vertical cylindrical lined body with a combustion chamber installed in it, the following components tangentially attached to it - a burner device, a nozzle for supply of polluted gases, a nozzle of air supply and an outlet hole for smoke gases arranged in a central upper part of the body. The chamber is equipped with a hatch to remove solid particles and dust in the lower part of the body, an air jacket arranged outside the body, an outlet tube tangentially attached in the upper part of the body with a nozzle for supply of smoke gases and a burner device tangentially attached in the lower part of the air jacket with a nozzle for air supply, a cylindrical lined insert with a central channel, which connects the lower part of the combustion chamber with the outlet tube, and comprising a circular inner air cavity, which is at the bottom connected with the lower part of the air jacket via metal channels, and on the top with an outlet tube for removal of smoke gases, a tip in the form of a truncated cone arranged in the upper part of the cylindrical insert, an ejector device formed by the inner surface of the outlet tube and the outer surface of the tip, at the same time the burner device is installed in the nozzle for supply of smoke gases, and between the outer wall of the cylindrical insert and the inner side surface of the body there is a circular channel formed for tangential rotation of compressible rotation of burnt smoke gases.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of smoke gases cleaning from hazardous components, increased reliability and long-term accident-free operation of a device.
