FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mobile organic waste burning comprises a container installed on a truck chassis with an end rear door and a loading-unloading mechanism, inside which there is a furnace with a closing window for charging wastes, a system of air and fuel supply into the furnace combustion chamber, a power supply system, a system of burning process control, an afterburning chamber connected to a smoke stack, a smoke gas channel connecting the furnace and the combustion chamber. The plant is equipped with a jacket of furnace air cooling, a tubular grid cooled with air in the central part of the furnace for placement of wastes, a combustion system comprising two burners placed in the end and rear walls of the furnace below the tubular grid level, a cyclone afterburning chamber with the air cooling jacket and a central insert, tangentially connected to the side upper part of the cyclone chamber with the smoke gas channel from the furnace and burner, a cooling system comprising a fan and pipelines for air supply into the tubular grid of the furnace, the air cooling jacket of the furnace and the air cooling jacket of the cyclone afterburning chamber. In the upper central part the cyclone afterburning chamber is connected with the smoke stack. In the lower side part of the cyclonic chamber there is a hatch for removal of dust and solid particles.
EFFECT: increased speed and efficiency of organic waste burning and efficiency of cleaning of smoke gases from hazardous components, increased reliability and durability of a plant.
