FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device may be used to send a microwave signal to isolated electrodes under high voltage. The microwave input is made in the form of two antennas of coaxial type, with a rupture of the coaxial line along the external and the internal strand. A contact comprises two symmetrical parts of a half-wave coaxial throughput closely-coupled resonator cut along the symmetry plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and between them, symmetrically relative to the resonator axis, there is a flat isolating dielectric disc installed. With the selected geometry a standing wave of TEM type is excited in the resonator. With account of the dielectric disc a half of wave length is laid on the resonator length. In accordance with the structure of the TEM-type standing wave field, in the plane of symmetry - location of the dielectric disc - a maximum of radial electric field is generated, as well as a minimum of an angular component of a magnetic field, and accordingly, a minimum of longitudinal microwave currents along the inner and outer strand of the coaxial line.
EFFECT: provision of a microwave contact, reduced losses and provision of high-voltage insulation.
