SUBSTANCE: use is in electrical engineering. Said technical result is achieved by fact, that modular device for monitoring and control over relay protection and emergency automation signals, placed in ECSTD and/or RPEA cabinet, comprises interconnected control module and actuating relay module, wherein control module includes external filters module, capacitors banks module, central processor, to which are connected ECSTD signals receiving module, power supply unit module, external signalling module, and actuating relays module includes output relays module, external signalling module, PC communication module and traffic operator AWS communication module, wherein control module and actuating relays module are made in form of separate units connected via wire communication channel with possibility of their arrangement inside ECSTD and/or RPEA cabinet irrespectively from each other, wherein each of modules is equipped with central processor on control board, on which are arranged connected to processor module power supply unit outputs, display module, external signaling module and cabinet network module, wherein control module is connected via ECSTD with external switch, installed with possibility of all output circuits deactivation, and to its central processor are additionally connected interconnected ECSTD signals receiving module, permissive buttons and keys module and control keys module brought out to front panel, and to actuating relays module central processor are additionally connected associated with ECSTD locking module, providing additional, independent from device main operating algorithm protection against actuation in case of false instructions, including from ECSTD, module of communication with power facility APCS, providing simultaneous timing of all modules, as well as PC communication module via USB-port, wherein external filters module and capacitors banks module are combined to each other and installed at each power supply unit module inputs, and actuating relays module is simultaneously ECSTD and/or RPEA cabinet output terminal row.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of actuating circuit configuration, settings, ECSTD cabinet control keys positions changing using control commands input or output by both local service personnel and through traffic operator AWS.
