SUBSTANCE: capacity is made from chrome-containing stainless steel, and to the bottom surface there directed is electromagnetic emission of a spiral of infrared reflector electric lamp of IKZ type and reflected from the bottom, as well as from a conical reflector that is coaxial to the capacity bottom with possibility of controlling the lamp emissive power by means of its supply voltage control. Around the lamp and coaxially to it there arranged in a circumferential direction in the shape of a multi-beam star on the periphery relative to it are similar lamps by connecting them electrically parallel to the voltage control outlet, and all peripheral lamps are enveloped relative to the central one with the conical reflector; at that, the voltage control is arranged in a fixed manner inside the heater housing.

EFFECT: method allows sufficiently enlarging functional capabilities of heating process, improving reliability and durability of the heating device that implements the method.
