METHOD TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY OF SPORTS TRAINING OF PARACHUTISTS OF VARIOUS DISCIPLINES OF DOME ACROBATICS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/347

Abstract RU 2814867 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preventive medicine and can be used to increase efficiency of sports training of parachutists of various disciplines of canopy acrobatics. Spectral indices HF, LF, VLF are determined as a percentage on the basis of analysis of background record of rhythmocardiogram. Dynamics of the prediction rank of the sports result is determined at different stages of the training process calculated by a given formula. If LF prevails without HF and VLF increase and predicted result rank decreases, training process correction is not required. If HF predominates without LF and VLF increase and the predicted result rank is increased or not, the volume or intensity of the training load is increased. If VLF prevails without changes in HF and LF, the training plan is reassessed and the presented loads of the recovery rate are compared, and pharmacological support is provided.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of operative control of functional state of sportsmen-parachutists taking into account specificity of training process orientation by increasing the reliability of the obtained data on deviations of psychophysiological parameters of athletes in the process of their activity and personalization of recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of sports training.
