METHOD FOR ASSESSING FUNCTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF TEACHERS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/02 A61B5/16

Abstract RU 2817036 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to assess functional effectiveness of teachers. Determining age, time of simple visual-motor reaction. Further, emotional exhaustion is assessed by the MBI occupational burnout questionnaire. Heart rate variability is examined to determine the ratio of the power of the spectrum of low-frequency oscillations to the power of the spectrum of high-frequency oscillations of the heart rate. Central systolic aortic pressure is determined by a non-invasive method and a proper central systolic aortic pressure is determined according to the maximum age-sex norm. Further, an index of functional effectiveness of teachers (IFET) is calculated by the declared formula. Functional effectiveness of the teachers is assessed as satisfactory if the value of the IFET is less than 30.5; borderline at IFET 30.5–40.4; unsatisfactory at IFET 40.5 and more.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency and reliability of early detection of functional disorders of teachers due to evaluation of complex of the most significant indices.
