FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: realisation of variability of cardiac rhythm (VCR) is performed with active orthostatic test (OST) in dynamics of training under conditions, modelling extreme load in fire. Index of ratio of 50-second interval of VLF-component of VCR spectrum to 100-second interval of the same component is determined. As to efficiency training is estimated as "satisfactory" if in the course of AOT performance the said index reduced not less than 1.6 times. Training is considered to be "unsatisfactory" if calculated index of 50/100-second interval of VLF-spectrum component in the course of AOT performance reduces less than 1.6 times or increases.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate efficiency of training cadets and increase its efficiency.
