FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates a means for pneumofibrosis prevention and treatment obtained by irradiation of a solution of a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene triblock copolymer with ionizing radiation and hyaluronate endo-β-N-acetylhexosaminidase and a water-soluble inorganic stabilizer addition to the irradiated solution, and representing a clear solution having a specific activity of hyaluronate-endo-β-N-acetylhexosaminidase, with a pH value of 4.0 to 7.5, becoming turbid when thermostating is above 30°C and again becoming clear upon cooling to 20°C. The group of inventions also relates to a method for production of said means.
EFFECT: ionizing effect on the enzyme is excluded.
