At the same time the electronic control module (12) comprises an electronic circuit (15), and its body (14). The body (14) is fixed to the jacket (13) with the possibility of easy detachment, comprises the first (24) and second electric connecting facility (25), rigidly connected to the body (14) and to the jacket (13), accordingly, and balanced relative to each other. Both electric connecting facilities are connected with the electronic circuit (15) and the electric motor (11), accordingly, at the same time the first electric connecting facility (24) and the second electric connecting facility (25) comprise a snapping connecting facility.
