FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: video signal of a CCD-receiver is amplified by a preliminary amplifier, converted into a digital code by an analogue-digital converter (ADC) and then processed in a device of digital signal processing (DSP). At the same time by means of the ADC multiple quantisation of a video signal is carried out in each pixel, a massif of counts is filtered for each pixel, coefficients of the filter are previously calculated by means of reverse discrete Fourier transformation (DFT) of the discrete spectrum. The filtration result is the value of the useful signal for this pixel. Further in the DSP device with the purpose of linearisation of a through transmission characteristic "light-signal", a useful signal is corrected in each pixel by means of a correcting polynomial produced by results of preliminary measurement of non-linearity of a through channel. Then in the DSP device in order to stabilise a transmission characteristic "charge-signal", digital correction of signal zero level instability is carried out by subtraction of the average signal value from the useful signal in the rescanned pixels in each line not containing a light signal.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce a useful signal with least possible noise and to increase accuracy of measurements.
