FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a base, on which two plates are installed with possibility of longitudinal movement, on which in their turn two vibration measuring supports containing flat springs with platforms are installed with possibility of being turned about vertical axis. A rotary actuator and the first spindle are installed on one platform, and the second spindle is installed on the other platform. Light flux emitters are fixed on the rotary actuator and the second spindle. Light flux emitter and light flux receiver are installed on balancing mandrels. On the base coaxially to the balancing mandrels there installed are light flux receivers, and the second spindle is provided with a manifold connected to the first input of the commutator, the second and the third inputs of which are connected to the above light flux receivers. The output of the electric signal commutator is connected to a video monitoring device, which records the image of light flux cross section. At rotation of the rotary actuator and the spindle, it is strived for rotation of the image on the display of the video monitoring device relative to its centre in the centre of the video monitoring device display.
EFFECT: improving measurement accuracy and simplifying balancing operations.
