SUBSTANCE: optical system (800) having flexible interconnection, overlapping and without feedback, meant for spatial filtration of Fourier transform optical structures and image shape description, has a first optical subsystem (810) which includes a lens (30) for focusing a polarised, coherent beam (27) at a focal point (31), an image input device (26) which performs spatial phase modulation and is placed between the lens (30) and the focal point (31), and a spatial filter (50) in the region of the Fourier transform structure (32), and a second optical subsystem (820) which overlaps the first optical subsystem (810), which includes a projection lens (78) and a detector (80). The second optical subsystem (820) is optically connected to the first optical subsystem (810).
EFFECT: eliminating restrictions on the overall size of the optical system, on the arrangement of optical components of the system.
