SUBSTANCE: optoelectronic device (100) has at least one optoelectronic active region (101) having at least a rear electrode (102) and a front electrode (103) between which an organic optoelectronic material (104) is placed, said rear electrode (102) being reflective, and a protective layer (105) is placed in front of said front electrode (103). The protective layer (105) contains a material with light-scattering particles (110) of a first material dispersed in a transparent matrix (111) of at least partially hydrolysed silica sol.
EFFECT: improved scattering properties of the protective layer of the device virtually enables its concealment behind the protective layer when not in its operating state.
