Additionally it comprises electric insulation layer of material, which is chemically reacting with organic electric luminescent layer (2), suitable for separation of the second electrode (4) from organic electric luminescent layer (2) in limited area around blister defect.
EFFECT: reduced intensity of faults caused by leakage currents and short circuit.
