FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device (100) of a transparent organic light diode comprising an organic layer (130) between an anode (120) and a cathode (140) and a mirror layer (150) on the anode or the cathode. The organic layer (130) is structured into electric luminescent zones (131) and inactive zones (132), while the mirror layer (150) is structured into non-transparent zones (151) and transparent zones (152). At least via partial levelling of these structures the device of the organic light diode may be made transparent for background light and simultaneously emitting in dominant (or even only) direction.
EFFECT: invention provides for a device of a transparent organic light diode with improved functional capabilities and with adjustable dominant direction of light emission.
