FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish industry, in particular, to production of fodder products of seal processing wastes. The method for production of feed flour of seal meat-and-bone tissue involves meat-and-bone raw material milling, drying under vacuum and packing. The meat-and-bone raw material is milled into particles sized 3-5 mm; drying is performed in a vacuum installation with infrared energy input with incident heat flux density E=1.55-2.23 kW/m2 and residual pressure in the vacuum chamber P=0.08 MPa. Drying is performed at a temperature of 60-70°C with the thickness of the product layer, applied onto the working surface, equal to at least 2 - 4 mm and till the product moisture content is equal to 6 - 12%.
EFFECT: method allows to manufacture a product with high organoleptic indices, uniform low moisture content and preservation of initial biological value of the raw material.
