FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of manufacturing feed meal. The method implies freezing meat-and-bone raw material down to the temperature of - 4-6°C below zero, grinding it in two stages: at first stage - into pieces of 10-20 cm in size, at the second stage - of 1-2 cm; then the ground raw material is loaded into heat treating device and cooked under the temperature of 70-85°C during 20-30 minutes with forced air circulation and is vacuum dried under the temperature of 85-95°C and pressure up to 4 kPa to produce meal with moisture content 10-12% at most, then it is cooled and packed into packages.
EFFECT: manufacturing of meal with high protein and low fat content.
