SUBSTANCE: mustard sauce production mixture includes mustard powder, sugar sand, culinary salt, food acid, vegetable oil and water. Additionally, the mixture contains psyllium powder at the following components ratio, weight parts: mustard powder - 80-100; sugar sand - 20-30; culinary salt - 1-5; food acid - 1-5; vegetable oil - 10-25; water- 200-300; psyllium powder - 10-25.
EFFECT: enhancement of nutritive value of mustard sauce.
