SUBSTANCE: method for production of a food product of vegetal raw material involves soya beans and rice thermal treatment at a temperature of 60-100°C under a pressure of 64-67 mm of mercury, milling and mixing, psyllium powder introduction at the mixing stage; the components are taken at the following ratio, wt %: soya beans - 10-80; rice - 10-80; psyllium powder - 10-80.
EFFECT: enhancement of the manufactured product nutritive value.
