FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for treatment of tracheoesophageal fistula of large diameter. Esophagus is cut near stomach cardia. Cardia is sutured tightly. Abdominal part of esophagus is anastomosed with loop of the small intestine with Brownian anastomosis. Then, continuity of large intestine is restored - colono-colonoanastomosis. Colonogastroanastomosis is formed. Esophagus is exposed on neck, cut, distal end of esophagus is sutured tightly. Subcutaneous tunnel for large intestine, through which fragment of large intestine is passed, brought out on neck on the left is formed in front of sternum, esophagocolonoanastomosis is performed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma, reduce risk of mediastinitis.
