FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and can be applicable for formation of cologastric anastomosis in oesophagoplasty in children with scar oesophagostenosis. A tubular gastrostoma is pre-formed by cutting a trapezoid flap of a cardiac anterior wall of stomach to be turned downwards with its lateral edges sutured together and a defect of the wall of stomach removed, while a stomach tube is created with forming an anti-reflux valve by a circular fold of a mucous membrane and a folded gastric tube in a junction in stomach. Then, the tubular gastrostoma is transected in a middle portion of its length where its lumen being matched with a lumen of a distal end of a large bowel; the distal end of the large bowel is connected end-to-end with the tubular gastrostoma by a nonabsorbable single-layer, uninterrupted invaginated suture.
EFFECT: method allows simplifying surgical technique, reducing injures.
