FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and can be applied for forming cervical oesophagocoloanastomosis in oesophagoplasty in children with a greater diastasis of the organs sutured together by carrying out spiral-form oesophagomyotomy. Sternal foot tendons of sternocleidomastoid muscles are cut off from a presternum. A substernal tunnel is created. The presternum is cut off. A colon graft is delivered from an abdominal cavity on neck through the substernal tunnel. An end-to-end anastomosis is created between the cervical oesophagus and the colon graft by a nonabsorbable single-layer, continuous, invaginated suture.
EFFECT: method allows reducing a risk of complications: limited peristalsis, strictures, anastomotic leak.
