FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: system for cleaning diesel engine exhaust of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, partly combusted hydrocarbons and soot comprises catalytic oxidation of said carbon monoxide, catching soot and remains of hydrocarbons by the filer, adding reducing agent to gas, catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides and obtaining cleaned exhaust gas. At least, a portion of engine exhaust is forced in first part of heat exchanger and, at least, a portion of cleaned gas is forced in second part of heat exchanger while remaining engine gas is directed via bypass channel through first part of heat exchanger and remaining portion of exhaust gas via bypass channel through second side of heat exchanger.
EFFECT: controlled temperature in oxidation neutraliser.
