FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to freight train locomotives. Proposed locomotive comprises two sections, each including the frame mounted on bogies, at least one cabin with control boards, power plant and control system. Control system comprises controller with control units of controlled thyristor rectifiers, control pulse generator, sync pulse generator in every section connected with control boards, magnetics units and power plant. Addition of setting code multiplexer, units of inhibition and combination of alarm signals interconnected in series, connection of alarm signal inhibition unit to control board and to setting code multiplexer and control unit allowed control over sound section from faulty one and fuel safety at minor towed load.
EFFECT: fuel savings.
