FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is designed for concentration and utilisation of inert radioactive gases (IRG) formed during implementation of modes of constant ventilation (CV) and preventive maintenance (PM) of the power unit of nuclear power plants (NPP). Concentration and utilisation method of inert radioactive gases involves cleaning of air with inert radioactive gases (IRG) and its cooling to the temperature close to 170°C below zero. The task is solved by means of method of low-temperature adsorption of IRG mixed with air, further liquefaction and their long-term exposure at the temperature of liquid nitrogen to the moment when as a result of radioactive disintegration, volumetric activity will not constitute a threat to the population with further emission to the atmosphere. There is also a cryogenic system(CS) of concentration and utilisation of inert radioactive gases (IRG) for the mode of constant ventilation (CV) and preventive maintenance (PM) of the power unit of nuclear power plants (NPP).
EFFECT: group of inventions allows providing the cleaning of NPP emissions from IRG and radioactive aerosols both in the mode of constant ventilation of power units and in the mode of preventive maintenance.
