FIELD: electric power.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric power, can be used in the development of power plants with zero emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere and is aimed at increasing the electrical efficiency of the power plant. The oxygen-fuel power plant contains a multistage compressor 1, a pump 2, an air compressor 3, and an air separation unit 4. The first multi-stream surface heat exchanger 5 contains a hot coolant circuit 6 and a cold coolant circuit 7, the second multi-stream surface heat exchanger 8 contains a hot coolant circuit 9 and a cold coolant circuit 10, the third multi-stream surface heat exchanger 11 contains a hot coolant circuit 12 and a cold coolant circuit 13, the fourth multi-stream surface heat exchanger 14 contains a hot coolant circuit 15 and a cold coolant circuit 16. The installation contains a combustion chamber 17, a fuel compressor 18, a gas turbine 19, cooler-separator 20, a multistage compressor with an intercooler 21, a turbo expander 22, a closed cooling system 23, an electric generator 24 and an additional electric generator 25. The outlet of the air separation unit 4 is connected to the inlet of the closed system cooling 23 of the gas turbines 19, and its outlet is connected to the turbo expander 22, which is located on the same shaft with an additional electric generator 25.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the electrical efficiency of the power plant.
