FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for surgical treatment of cardiospasm of stage III. Mobilised are stomach bottom by dissection of gastrodiaphragmtic ligament and left lateral wall of abdominal part of esophagus. Hiss angle with value 180° is formed by pulling stomach bottom leftward and downward. Muscular envelope of left lateral wall of esophagus, cardiac incisures, and stomach bottom is dissected along the line of greater curvature along 7-8 cm to submucous layer, one half of cut being located on esophagus, the other - on cardiac part and stomach bottom. Edges of dissected muscles are brought aside in such a way that mucous-subcutaneous layer freely protrudes into muscular wound along entire cut length. Stomach bottom is sutured to lateral wall of esophagus to form acute. Hiss angle, by symmetrical connection with interrupted sutures first posterior then anterior edges of both halves of muscular cut.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of recurrences.
