FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Intramedullary nail for osteosynthesis of tubular bones in the first version, characterized by bending, has a tip with flattened lateral sides. Tip has wedge-like shape tapering in axial direction from bend to tip end, as well as wedge shape in cross section. Tapered part is directed to tip outer side. Edges of the tip are made rounded. Outer and inner sides of the tip have teeth. Teeth are designed so that to prevent introduction of tip into channel, and are directed from end part of tip to bend. Intramedullary nail according to the second version comprises a tip with flattened lateral sides. Tip has wedge-like shape tapering in axial direction from bend to tip end, as well as wedge shape in cross section. Tapered part is directed to tip outer side. Edges of the tip are rounded, and the outer side of the tip has teeth. Teeth are designed so that to prevent introduction of tip into channel, and are directed from end part of tip to bend. Intramedullary nail according to the third version contains a tip with flattened lateral sides. End portion of the tip, pre-milled from the inner side, is bent twice along the inner side to form a gap and a rounded end. Tip has wedge-like shape tapering in axial direction from bend to tip end, as well as wedge shape in cross section. Tapered part is directed to outer side of tip, at that edges of tip are made rounded.
EFFECT: invention provides for prevention of damage of adjacent intrabone vessels during intramedullary nail installation, stable low-traumatic fixation of fragments of long tubular bone, facilitating osteosynthesis of bones, ease of introduction and accuracy of migration in the intraosseous canal under the control of X-ray or external palpation within the fracture.
