SUBSTANCE: invention relates to absorbing disposable diaper (2) used in case of incontinence, which has main part (4), containing front zone (6) with front lateral longitudinal edges (42), back zone (8) with back lateral longitudinal edges (41) and located between them in longitudinal direction (28) perineal (10), intended for placement between user's legs. Main part (4) contains absorbing body (12) and with connected from two sides with back zone (8) lateral sections (20) and with connected from two sides with front zone (6) lateral sections (22), which pass in transverse direction (30) outside beyond lateral front and back longitudinal edges (42, 41) of main part (4) and only in put on state of disposable diaper (2) connect front zone (6) and back zone (8) to each other, and in order to form areas (50) of holes for legs, lateral sections (20, 22) on, at least, side facing perineal zone (10) are made passing obliquely to longitudinal direction (28) or curvilinear, and main part (4) in, at least, perineal zone is made in form of sand clock. Lateral sections (20, 22) of front zone are made different with respect to, at least, one main characteristics, selected from group, containing material type, weight of area unit, air-permeability, density, elasticity, strength of fixation, length of area, thickness, colours. Slant or curvilinear line of lateral sections (20, 22) and contour of main part (4) in form of sand clock on both longitudinal sides of disposable diaper (2) is formed by single operation of separation, involving lateral sections (20, 22) and main part (4), operation of main part (4) separation also involves zones of front and back lateral edges (42, 41) of main part (4), with lateral sections (20, 22) having internal side and external side, and main part (4) has internal side and external side. Back lateral sections (20) are provided with means (32) of fastening with auxiliary fastening devices, and for fixation of disposable diaper (2) on human body in accordance with means (32) purpose fastenings are made with possibility of detachable fastening, at least, partially with their zones both on external side of main part (4) and on external side of front lateral sections (22), and holding forces between means (32) of fastening and external side of front lateral sections (22) are larger than holding forces between means (32) of fastening and external side of main part (4).

EFFECT: disposable diaper has first-class cut and extreme comfort in wearing, being economical and simple in manufacturing with minimal cutting out wastes.
