SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for manufacturing a number of disposable diapers (2) used for incontinence, comprising a main portion (4) and front and back side portions (22, 20) attached thereto, including the stages: supplying and conveying en endless cloth (50) of the main portions of diapers, supplying an endless cloth (21) of the side portions of diapers to a separation and overlapping device (24), separating disposable diapers (2) used for incontinence from each other by separating the cloth (50) of the main portions of diapers in the lateral direction to a first long direction (18); curved edges of long segments (46a, 46b) after separated from the cloth (21) of the side portions of diapers, are contoured so that after the first and second long segments (46a, 46b) are fixed on first and second area (56a, 56b) of the cloth of the main portions, each back side portion (20) of the diaper has a lower edge (65) comprising a projected segment, whereas each front side portion (22) of the diaper has an upper edge (66) comprising a concave segment.
EFFECT: object of the invention is creating economically and technologically implemented method for manufacturing disposable diapers used for incontinence.
