SUBSTANCE: diaper includes main part with front area and front lateral lengthwise edges, rear area with rear lateral lengthwise edges and perineal area positioned lengthwise between front and rear areas and intended to be placed between legs. Main part includes absorption body with rear lateral parts connected at two sides to the rear area and front lateral parts connected at two sides to the front area and spreading transversely outwards beyond front and rear lateral edges of the main part. Rear lateral parts feature first fixation means near holes for legs, with auxiliary fixtures that can be split and attached at least at the outer side of front lateral parts thus connecting front and rear areas. To form holes for legs, lateral parts are oriented askew against longitudinal or curve directions. Length to width ratio R of hole area in lateral part of rear lateral part is 0.1 to 0.4, longitudinal tear resistance Fm of the diaper is at least 4.0 N, and maximum distance C from fixture closest to a leg hole to lower edge of rear lateral part is 5 cm.
