FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive refining and may be used in production of bearing balls. Balls are arranged between four concentric annular grooves made at four discs with common vertical rotational axle. Disc four annular grooves feature permanent width, annular cavities and shape aligned with ball larger circle arc to make two pairs of annular grooves. Every said pair serves to transmit resultant balls compression force at 45 degrees to disc rotational axle. Ball-screw gearings and servo drive motors are arranged at said axles to vary said resultant forces of ball acting in mutually perpendicular directions according to servo drive program.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
