SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marine equipment, particularly, to throw-out signaling devices indicating shipwreck location. Proposed info tank comprises casing to be secured at vessel. Recoverable capsule with info tank plugged to onboard control system. Recoverable capsule is equipped with its in-casing lengthwise lock, piston-type air-driven pusher, gas generator and gas generator actuator. Recoverable capsule is composed of composite tight ball-shaped shell with cover furnished with cylindrical piston cartridge and retainer system made up of flexible link with said casing. Said retainer system consists of woven tape with fasteners, for example, lug with pins fitted through tape end loops. One side of said system is branched and has two equal-length ends connected regularly with capsule ball-shape cover edges. Branches are connected at equal distance from tape ends with ring arranged around aforesaid cartridge to displace there along. Said tape is coiled around said cartridge to unwind in throwing recoverable capsule out.
