SUBSTANCE: dispenser (batcher) for dispensing products such as adhesive or sealing material from the container consisting of a tank with the axis of this container (4), a valve (2), a nozzle (7) connected to the valve (2) by means of connecting elements (6), a jet (30), a lever (10) with the site of exposure (13) for the user and with the actuating device (20) with the site of rest (22) providing a point of exposure (25) for the lever (10). The lever (10) can swing around the axis (11) motionless relative to the jet (30) for exposure on the valve (2) through the point of exposure (25). The actuating device (20) is made rotatable around the axis of the container (4), and this rotation is carried out relative to the lever (10), relative to the jet (30) and relative to the nozzle (7), so that the point of exposure (25) for the lever (10) can be moved along the axis of the container (4) in order to change the effective lever stroke for exposure on the valve.

EFFECT: invention provides a safe regulation of the product flow with one hand.
